Kat is a San Diego–based senior stylist, master colorist, and the owner of Drift + Mane, an exclusive hair studio located in Bird Rock, La Jolla. With 17 years of experience behind the chair, Kat was recognized as Best Colorist 2025 by San Diego Magazine. Specializing in dimensional, lived-in color, luxury blonding, rich brunettes, vibrant reds, gray blending, and custom haircutting, Kat creates effortless, tailored looks while placing the health and integrity of the hair at the forefront of every service.
Driven by a commitment to building long-term client relationships, Kat established Drift + Mane as an intimate, thoughtfully curated space inspired by the natural movement of the ocean and hair. Every detail is designed to offer a relaxed, welcoming environment where guests can unwind, feel genuinely cared for, and leave feeling like the best version of themselves.
